I had the honor of beta reading this book and it is so good. Unfortunately, you have to wait until October to read it, but the cover reveal will have to hold you until then.

Synopsis:
Shunned by her family back home, she followed her best friend to New York with aspirations to start over. Now broke and homeless with two guys vying for her affection, she realizes she made a colossal mistake. My second novel comes out on October 1st and I am super excited because it’s a unique story and it takes place at my alma mater, FSU (Go Noles!) and it has some intense moments and it’s the first book in a SERIES.

I wasn’t sure I could write a series because let’s face it, I have the attention span of a two year old, but I did it. And, I love it. I hope you do, too.

FAVORITE LINES

Line #10 – Chapter One:

“Yeah, FU’s PKP’s snort pixie dust and sit in a smokehouse in the backyard singing old Negro spirituals.” I collapsed into the nearest leather chair. “Hey, but, we’re all brothers. No matter where I pledged, right?”

I stared at him, waiting for his answer.

“We are brothers.” Jackson stood up. I followed and relaxed knowing he meant more than our fraternity connection. I missed my oldest friend.

While this is a love story, I had the opportunity to explore this relationship between my male MC (Josh) and his best friend (Jackson). This is also the first book I’ve written in duel POV from the female and male MC. Challenging, but it had to be done and I had to maintain it through out the series. My beta readers said I did a good job with making the voices so distinct, they never got confused (Wipes the sweat from my brow).
